Twilio Sandbox Setup:
  1. Go to Twilio Console -> Messaging -> Try it out -> Send a WhatsApp message
  2. Click "Sandbox Settings"
  3. Paste the webhook URLs above
  4. Save your changes
  5. Join the sandbox by sending "join [your-code]" to +1 415 523 8886
