How to get your HubSpot Access Token:
  1. Go to HubSpot Settings → Integrations → Private Apps
  2. Click "Create a private app"
  3. Name it "RinglyPro Integration"
  4. Under Scopes, add these permissions:
    • crm.objects.contacts.read
    • crm.objects.contacts.write
    • sales-email-read
    • scheduler.read.meetings (for meetings)
  5. Click "Create app" and copy the Access Token
