Is the "Neural" name AI?

The findings come from carefully tuned business rules, not a generative model. We chose rules over AI on purpose: rules are reproducible, explainable, and cannot hallucinate a problem the data doesn't actually show. The "Neural" branding refers to the network of checks running in parallel.

Where does the data go?

Nowhere. The CSV is read inside the browser tab and discarded when the tab closes. No server upload, no logging, no storage.

What happens when I click "Activate Fix"?

That is where Neural connects to the RinglyPro platform. Activating a fix triggers a real automation workflow inside the customer's account — for example, an auto-callback for missed calls or a reminder sequence for stale leads.

What if my CRM isn't one of the four supported?

Most CRMs can export in a CSV format close to one of the supported four — usually HubSpot's. We can also add a custom mapper in a few hours.

How is the health score calculated?

The score starts at 100 and loses points for each finding. Critical findings cost more, medium findings cost less. The exact weights are tuned so the score lines up with what an experienced sales operator would say after looking at the same data.
